Owner-verified
The lister uploaded the property's title deed and a government ID. Our system reads the name on the title and matches it (with manual review as a fallback) to the lister's legal name. A match grants owner-verified status.
PMO-verified
For managed communities, the Property Management Office confirms the unit and lister through a verified business email and light platform review.
Trust tiers
- Gold (dual) — both owner- and PMO-verified.
- Verified (single) — owner- or PMO-verified.
- Unverified — not yet verified; proceed with extra care.
Search results always rank verified listings above unverified ones, so the most trustworthy supply rises to the top.
PhilHomeX safety rule: never send a deposit or "reservation fee" before you have seen the unit in person (or via live video) and confirmed the seller's identity and title. Prefer listings with the gold Verified badge.
